Weight-loss and Wellness

The tried and true weight loss battle that plagues our communities. I have four children spaced out over the last 20 years. With each child, I gained more than 30 lbs. My last childbirth experience left me with an additional 45 lbs. and worse yet, I could not lose it. I knew something had changed with my matabolism and hormones. I did what I do best, and researched weight-loss resistance. I came across something called insulin resistance, which I like to call pre-pre diabetes. I began following the wisdom of Dr. Sebi, Dr. Jason Fung, and Dr. Berg. Their wisdom along with my research allowed me to find my way back to a healthy weight with very little effort.

I eat organic vegetables that grow in my garden. I own chickens that fertilize my yard. I buy organic non-GMO foods. I only eat wild caught or grass fed foods. I eat the eggs from my chickens. I do not over consume meat. I do not eat dairy. I avoid modern wheat. Any modern glucose is dangerous for your health.

  • My diet is simple and well balanced. After only two weeks following the wisdom I learned, I went to have a biochemical analysis done. The results were amazing. I had the best scan since I started going to this company more than three years ago, It was simple and it cost me $0 extra to gain optimal health. I felt free for the first time in my life. I was free from yo-yo dieting. I was free from feeling sick and tired. I no longer needed daily naps. I no longer had mood swings, or severe hunger. I was amazed at how simple it all was, so I wrote about it in my book. In a nut shell, drink water, eat indigenous plants only, and fast daily, weekly, monthly to lose the excess weight. I love to share what I have learned. I will be uploading videos soon from seminars I plan to have this fall to share what I know with other women to help them get free form weight gain and poor health.
